Aero Nomad launches wireless inflight entertainment with AeroHub

Kyrgyz carrier Aero Nomad Airlines has launched a wireless inflight entertainment system. According to the airline, in its Instagram post, the system works on all domestic and international flights, and passengers watch content on their own devices.

According to Aero Nomad, the system offers films and series, games, an interactive flight map, a qibla compass and travel guides. The interface supports Kyrgyz, Russian and English, as well as Hindi and Urdu.

The system provider is India-based AeroHub, a unit of Maxposure Limited (New Delhi). The partnership is confirmed by AeroHub's LinkedIn post and by Maxposure's 2025–26 annual report, which on page 46 names the company as inflight entertainment provider for Aero Nomad Airlines. The board's report is dated 3 September 2026, so the provider was selected no later than that date, while the launch has only now been announced.

Both parties describe the launch as the first of its kind in Kyrgyzstan. This is a claim by interested parties; we found no contradicting data on other Kyrgyz carriers, but did not specifically check.

The exact launch date, the number of aircraft and servers per aircraft, and the type of equipment, a portable battery-powered server or a version powered by the aircraft, have not been disclosed. The contract value and term, the content provider, and any plans for advertising and onboard sales are also unknown. Internet access is not stated: the system is described as entertainment rather than Wi-Fi.

Our assessment: the set of languages and features, including Hindi, Urdu and a qibla compass, points to a focus on flights to India, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. For advertisers and tour operators on those routes this is a potential new channel to reach passengers, but advertising onboard has not been announced. This is flycentralasia's conclusion, not a statement by Aero Nomad or AeroHub.
