A memorandum on cooperation between the CIS Executive Committee and the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) was signed in Ashgabat on 11 September 2026. The document was signed by CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev and IAC Chairman Oleg Storchevoy.
