Fly Khiva gains cargo authorization at Hong Kong's Dongguan Logistics Park

Uzbek cargo airline Fly Khiva Group has announced it is now authorized to accept cargo at HKIA Dongguan Logistics Park (HKIALP), a logistics facility tied to Hong Kong International Airport, with the authorization granted by Hong Kong's Civil Aviation Department (CAD).

The move builds on an existing relationship: Fly Khiva has operated cargo flights between Hong Kong and Uzbekistan since 2024, and in June 2026 the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) and Fly Khiva Group signed a memorandum of understanding covering passenger and cargo connectivity, operational excellence and sustainable development. The agreement was signed by AAHK Chief Executive Officer Vivian Cheung and Fly Khiva Group Chief Executive Officer Dilshod Hodjaev.

Fly Khiva has not disclosed further details on the new authorization, including operating volumes, timelines, or cargo types covered.
