The summit was organized by state enterprise "Airports of Kyrgyzstan." Participants included airline Asman Airlines, aircraft manufacturers Airbus, Bombardier, COMAC and De Havilland, business aviation operators ACS Central Asia, Kaz Air Jet, Jet24, Volare Aviation, PamAir, Comlux and Flight Consulting Group, and insurer Aelia Insurance. Business jets, helicopters, an Asman Airlines De Havilland Dash 8-400 and a COMAC aircraft adapted for medical flights were displayed on the tarmac. Participants discussed international cooperation, airport infrastructure upgrades, expansion of air links, and the tourism and investment potential of Karakol and the Issyk-Kul region. No specific new routes or investment agreements were announced at the summit. Manasbek Samidinov, chairman of Airports of Kyrgyzstan, said "Kyrgyzstan is open for new airlines, business aviation operators, investors, and international partners." Commercial Director Aman Mamayev called the summit "an important step in developing Kyrgyzstan's aviation industry and strengthening cooperation with the international aviation community."
