Vietjet Qazaqstan has moved its Astana–Bishkek flights to a daily schedule starting October 1, 2026. Tickets are available on vietjetqazaqstan.kz.
Vietjet Qazaqstan is a joint venture between Kazakhstan's Qazaq Air and Vietnamese carrier Vietjet (part of Sovico Group), announced in May 2025. Vietjet acquired a strategic stake in Qazaq Air through its Aviation Holdings subsidiary; the partnership includes technical support from Boeing and the rollout of Vietjet's operating models. The carrier positions itself as a next-generation low-cost airline for domestic and international routes, with plans to grow its fleet to at least 20 Boeing 737 aircraft.
The airline is also expanding other Central Asian connections, including Astana–Samarkand service.
